How would the forces differ on a rocket before launch and in outer space? Why?

    In outer space, the rocket will not be slowed by any air resistance, and will not have to deal with earth's gravity.

    Also, It would have less fuel, so it'd have less mass to move.

    The force of gravity would be far less in space than on earth so less force
