    Deflection between the two nanometers is1.020m

    Explanation:

    Let ha be for the first manometer=90kpa

    Let hb be for the second manometer=100kpa

    1000*9.8=9800

    Delta (ha) - delta (hb) = (1-0.9) * patm/9800patm

    100kpa=100000pa

    Therefore

    (1 - 0.9) * 100,000/9800 = 0.1*10.204=1.020m
