If you are given heat and you have to find specific heat, so you have to use this formula
i² x r x t = m x s x Δt
where
I = current
R = resistance
T = time
M = mass
S = specific heat
Δt = change in temperature

c = Q / (mΔT)
c - specific heat
Q - amount of heat
m - mass
ΔT - change in temperature
this comes from the equation Q=mcΔT
