    Evaporation is the process in which a liquid changes to water vapor.

    Convection is the transfer of heat by movement of the heated parts of a liquid or gas.

    Radiation is a specific kind of radiation generated by the thermal (thermal means heat) motion of charged particles in matter. (liquid, gas or solids)
