Technician A says that whenever a floor jack is used to raise a vehicle off the ground safety stands should be used to support the vehicle. Technician B says that the floor jack can support the vehicle safely as long as it is just for a short time.

Who is right?

    Explanation:

    Consider a vehicle needs some maintenance from a PIT shop.

    The PIT shop technicians will use the floor jack to support the car along with safety stands because of safety issue. Merely a jack is not adequate for it.

    However, If we are in a middle of any trip and our car tire burst out then we can use our floor jack for tire replacement.

    As a conclusion, Floor jacks are best of tire replacement that doesn't require much time. Whereas if proper maintenance is required the safety stands should be used. So both technicians are right
