There are 2.2 pounds in a kilogram. if a boy's mass is 40 kg, what is his weight in pounds?

    1 kg is 2.2 pounds, so what you'll do is times the kg with 2.2 pounds.

    1 kg * 2.2 pounds = 2.2 pounds

    40 kg * 2.2 = 88 pounds
