How many carbon monoxide detectors does a house need

    There should be atleast one carbon monoxide detector per area/space. So if you have a living room, kitchen, dining room combined into one large room, one carbon monoxide detector should bu sufficient. Each floor of a house should have a carbon monoxide detector. One should be placed near bedrooms to maximize initial safety during exposure to carbon monoxide
