    1 watt = 1 joule/sec

    5,400 watts = 5,400 joules/sec.

    (5,400 joules/sec) x (640 sec)

    = (5,400 x 640) joule-sec/sec

    = 3,456,000 joules

    (Note: 5,400 watts = about 7.2 horsepower)
