    - The pitch of the soundwaves refers to the how high or low a note is played. It is the number of oscillation of the soundwaves made in the medium of air. Higher the number of oscillation the higher the note is played.

    - The number of oscillations in a given length if wave is also called frequency. Since the pitch of clarinet' waves was higher we can conclude that the clarinet's waves have a higher frequency than the saxophone.
