What is "frame of reference?"

    It is a coordinate system that represents and measure any object properties like, position and orientation, within different moments of Time. It can also refer to a set of axes with no coordinates for such a representation. Such a frame distinguishes objects at rest from those that are moving at all moments of Time within 3-D.
