Brad is biased at falling into stereoryping. He believes Asians are good at math becuase there is a general idea about Asians being good at everything in regard to numbers, which may lead him to think kai is the best choice (which may be false).

    Explanation:

    Stereotypes

Stereotypes are ideas believed by many people which explain characteristics about a group of people in a general way (social class, citizens of a specific place, etc). In this case there is a stereotype about Asians being excellent and math and better than people from other continents. It is a way to generalize that is not true for every Asian in the world and may lead Brad to choose the wrong person for the position of finantial analyst due to this distortion in perception.
