    Given: Mass m = 30 Kg: Velocity V = 2 m/s

    Kinetic energy K. E = ?

    K. E = 1/2 mv²

    K. E = 1/2 (30 Kg) (2 m/s) ²

    K. E = 60 Kg. m²/s²

    K. E = 60 J
