The best formula to do this is F = mg sin θ in which mg = 200 and you need to find the sin of 30 degrees. So first step is to find the sin of 30 degrees which woth a calculator equals 0.5. and then based on the formula you multiply 200 by 0.5 and the answer is 100. So F equals100.
