    Tennis ball

    Explanation:

    KE = ½ m v²

    For the tennis ball:

    KE = ½ (0.3 kg) (80 m/s) ²

    KE = 960 J

    For the train:

    KE = ½ (10,000 kg) (0.1 m/s) ²

    KE = 50 J

    The tennis ball has more kinetic energy.
