    The voltage generated between the wingtips is 0.76324 volts

    Explanation:

    the voltage generated between the winds is given by:

    ε = B*L*v*sin (∅)

    where B = 50*10^-6 T is the magnetic field of the earth, L = 60 m is the wingspan, v = 300 m/s is the velocity of the jet and ∅ is the between the horizontal and thr earths magnetic field. then:

    ε = B*L*v*sin (∅)

    = (50*10^-6) * (60) * (300) * sin (58)

    = 0.76324 volts

    Therefore, the voltage generated between the wingtips is 0.76324 volts
