One factor of x^3-3x^2-4x+12 is x+2. find the remaining factors

    Dividing x^3 - 3x^2 - 4x + 12 by x + 2 gives

    x^2 - 5x + 6

    = (x - 3) (x - 2)

    so remaining factors are x - 3 and x - 2 answer
