    I would say the correct answer is A. ask scientists to analyze the effects of radiation on humans.

    If those people who work in uranium mines are analyzed, then the scientists will know if and how much the effects of uranium on them are dangerous and causing diseases. I don't think the other options will be as effective as the first one.
