    The linear velocity of the wheel is:

    v = linear distance / time

    v = l / t1

    Suppose that the wheel has a radius r, then the angular speed or rotation speed is:

    ωfinal = linear speed / radius

    ωfinal = v / r

    ωfinal = l / t1 (r)
