Taking into account that Neptunes orbits the Sun at a 30 AU of distance then we may say that the parallax's base is 30 times as large as the one of the earth. The Parallax angle will be 30 times as large. So if parallax from earth is 12.44 x 10-3 arcsec then from triton to parallax is 30 x 12.44 x 10-3 = 0.3732 arcsec.
