First you find the frequency by rearranging the formula v=fλ, to get f=v/λ. Where v is the speed of light (3x10^8 m/s) and λ is the wavelength (525x10-9m), giving you an answer in Hz. To find period from frequnecy simply inverse your answer from frequency (do 1/f).
