    As per the gas equation:

    P = (n) (R) (T) / (V)

    n = number of moles

    R = Gas Constant = 0.08206 atm - L / gmol - K

    T = Temperature in Kelvin

    V = Volume in meters

    P = (n) (R) (T) / (V)

    P = {0.55 gmol x 0.08206 atm - L / gmol - K x 305 K } / 8.5 L

    P = 1.62 atm
