    protons-30 neutrons-35 electrons-30

    Explanation:

the atomic number and number of protons is always the same, the neutrons is the mass-protons, and the electrons are the same number of protons unless there is a charge stated (ex. - 2 charge add 2 more electrons to proton number) also I hope you know that you subtract cations and add anions
