Energy cannot be destroyed and cannot be created. It can only be transferred from one type to another.

The law of conservation of energy dates that energy can neither be created nor destroyed but changes from one form to another form.
Basically this means that we can’t make energy or destroy it you can change it like solar anergy to electrical energy in solar panels
