    A. The wires will experience an attracting force

    Explanation:

Wires will experience attractive force this is because a current carrying wire produce magnetic field around itself. The direction of field can be determine by stretching thumb of right hand in the direction of current and curl your fingers. Curling of fingers show the direction of magnetic field.

If two wires carrying current in same direction (say I1 = 2.0 A and I2 = 4.0 A) produce magnetic fields which interact with each other and cancel or weakens each other in the middle, so the wires will attract each other.
