    Impulse: This can be defined as the product of force on a body and time.

    The S. I unit of impulse is Ns or kgm/s.

    mathematically, impulse can be expressed as,

    I = F*t ... Equation 1

    Where I = impulse of the force on the car, F = Force, t = time

    F = 4000 N, t = 0.2 s

    Substituting into equation 1,

    I = 4000*0.2

    I = 800 Ns.

    Thus the impulse impacted by the force = 800 Ns.
