A balanced three-phase 60 Hz source supplies power to a balanced A-connected inductive load. The line voltage is 440 V, the line current is 8.2 A, and the power delivered to the load is 5 kW.

(a) Calculate the load impedance per phase.

(b) Find the complex power generated by the source

(c) What should be done to increase the power factor to unity? Give the value of any component added to the circuit (per phase).
