According to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, development can be resume in 7 dimensions: economy, education, heritage, communication, governance and institutionality, social participation and gender equality.

We can select two of them, social participation and gender equality. Social participation refers to the ability of self-determination into the society, and the participation of individuals in causes that affects the whole, the nation. On the other hand, gender equality refers to the same opportunities, rights and participation to both genders in any context, jobs, academy, scientific and social.

These two dimensions overlap. They converge in the social leadership they seek. In both dimensions, diversity and equality is a purpose. Social participation and gender equality seek for the participation of all people as equal.

Development has different concepts such as social, political, economic, cultural, environmental, etc.

    Explanation:

As such, development is a difficult and multi-dimensional process, so judges for development Studies discuss strongly for addition of the above mentioned subjects to solve development problems.

They also see divisions in subjects as artificial and chance; life on the other hand, is not lived in blocks into which we divide knowledge for comfort.
