    The formula is Pe = F * d If you double D, you are going to double Pe

    Try it. They don't give a number for F but you can invent one. Call F = 5 N

    Pe = 5 N * 8 m

    Pe = 40 Nm = 40 J

    Pe = 5 N * 16 m

    Pe = 80 Nm = 80 J

    Double the distance means double the Pe

    Pick C.
