Sulphur doesnot have free electrons hence a non conductor - aluminium has free electrons hence a conductor.

    Explanation:

This is because sulphur is non metal while alu, imiu, is metal element. In the atomic structure of of sulphur the outermost shell elements are tightly boded while in case of aluminium outermost electrons are not tightly bonded called as free electrons.
