50 newton horizontal force to a 25 kilogram box, pushing it 6 meters

    If you push something with 50 N of force and your hand moves through 6 meters, then you've done (50 x 6) = 300 Joules of work.

    It doesn't matter what the mass of the object is, and it doesn't even matter whether or not there's friction either.
