    Fossil B is older the lower they found the fossil the older it is

    Rock layers build up over time from being sedimented. The further down the layers are, the older the layers are. Fossil A is found above the Fossil B rock layer. Since Fossil B is in the layer below Fossil A, it is older. Therefore the answer is B, fossil B is probably older.
