    The period is the reciprocal of frequency.

    Period = 1 / (frequency) = 1 / 5 per sec = 0.2 second.

    The wavelength doesn't matter.

    Period T = 1/f, where f = frequency = 5 Hz

    T = 1/5 = 0.20 s

    Period = 0.20 seconds.
