    Given: Mass m = 95 Kg; Height h = 4.0 m; Time t = 3.0 s

    Required: Power output

    Formula: P = W/t. but Work = Force x distance Force = mg

    Distance is equal to Height h

    P = mgh/t

    P = (95 Kg) (9.8 m/s²) (4.0 m) / 3.0 s

    P = 1,242.33 J/s

    P = 1.66 Horsepower
