    200 nm

    Explanation:

    Microwaves are Electromagnetic waves.

    Electromagnetic waves are waves that are created as a result of vibrations between an electric field and a magnetic field.

    EM waves travel at the speed of light

    (that is always 3 x 10⁸ ms⁻¹ in a vacuum.)

    By the definition of the velocity of waves

    V = fλ

    where, V - Velocity f - frequency λ - wavelength

    V = fλ

    3 * 10⁸ ms¹ = 1.5 * 10¹⁵ Hz * λ

    λ = 2 * 10⁻⁷ m = 200 * 10 ⁻⁹ m

    = 200 nm

    (1 nm = 1 * 10 ⁻⁹ m)
