    7.68 m/s

    Explanation:

    Ek = 56 J

    m = 1.90 kg

    u = 0

    v = ?

    Ek = 0.5m (v - u) ²

    56 = 0.5*1.90 * (v - 0) ²

    56 = 0.5*1.90v²

    56 = 0.95v²

    v² = 56/0.95 = 58.95

    v = √58.95

    v = 7.68 m/s
