    The eccentric formula for ellipse can be calculated using

    e = (r_a - r_p) / (r_a + r_p)

    Then,

    e = (r_a - r_p) / (r_a + r_p)

    e = (r_a - 0.27 r_a) / (r_a + 0.27 r_a)
