Two cube-shaped boxes are stacked one above the other. The volume of one box is 512 cubic meters, and the volume of the other box is 216 cubic meters. The total height of the stacked boxes is meters.

    Since they are cubes, the length, breadth and height are equal. Therefore, the sides are the cube root of 512 and 216 respectively.

    This means the height is 8 + 6 = 14
