Your question isn't really a question ... What are you supposed to find or work out? This is what I can gather based on the question:

    55% of 60 = 33

33 tables have 10 chairs each.

    45 % of 60 = 27

27 tables have 8 chairs each.

If the question is asking how many chairs are there in the hall:

    33 x 10 = 330

    27 x 8 = 216

    330 + 216 = 546 chairs in total; )
