If 3x=13 and 2y=7, what is the value of 3 (2x) - 2 (3y) ?

    X = 13/3

    y=7/2

    3 (2*13/3) - 2 (3*7/2) =

    3 (26/3) - 2 (21/2) =

    26-21 = 5
