if a/v stands for audio visual, then rhonda does not need a college degree. however, a 2-year associates or 4-year bachelor in video, film, and/or tv broadcasting will allow her to get higher level jobs in the field.

A high school degree for an entry level position and an associate's degree or bachelor's degree to be able to advance in the career.

    Explanation:

An A/V technician is a person that takes care of maintaining, handle and repair equipment like microphones, cameras, lighting and sound equipment for events. Usually to perform this job, people don't require a college degree in an entry level position but if they want to get a better job in this career they will need an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree.
