Let's do this problem in two steps:
1) determine 20% of 360: That would be 0.20 (360) = 72.
2) determine the number (n) such that 0.36n = 72: n = 72/0.36 = 200.
Check this result. Is 20% of 360 = to 36% of 200?
Is 72 = 72? YES
The number is 200.
