The nations developed becomes slower as many will remain in poorer living conditions.

    Explanation:

Unemployment causes an increase in people living in poverty. More people will move to urban areas in search of work and to get out of poverty. This causes informal housing, such as the slums of Dharavi, to be developed. These are very poor living environments. There will be more people without food security and access to healthcare which will lead to disease and malnutrition. Children will spend fewer years in education, limiting the income they can earn in the future. Many will be too sick or too uneducated to increase their living standard and they, in turn, will live in poverty and bring their children into a similar environment, continuing the poverty cycle.
