0
0.5+0.4s=s-0.75 (i simplified the fractions to decimals even there was no need to)
then take the variables to one side and the numbers to the other side
0.5+0.75 = S - 0.4s
1.25 = 0.6 S
1.25/0.6 = s
S = 2.08
