What does "those who hurry fast are the first to fall" mean?

    Logically, it means if you hurry fast, you are the first to fall because you rushed. In a real life example, it would be said as "The slowest wins the race". The faster you do things, the more percent chance there is of you redoing it because you rushed through it and didn't pay attention to it. The better at a pace you are, the more things you get done right.
