Explain why societies can or cannot satisfy all the wants of its people

Societies can't satisfy all the wants of it's people because due to things like religion, beliefs, political views and other things, not everybody has the same wants and some might even go against the wants of others. What most societies do is go with what the majority of people want to keep the maximum amount of people happy
