Delete the subordinating conjunction, thus making the dependent clause an independent clause, which can stand alone. Connect the dependent clause to a nearby independent clause.

connect it to the sentence before or after it. A dependent clause fragment is something incomplete, as the name itself says. This means that it needs to be a part of a larger, independent sentence, in order to be complete and make sense.
