many factors need to take place in order for the individual's to recover

    Explanation:

When recovering from traumatic experiences many factors need to take place in order for the individual's to recover and either lower or cure their depression and anxiety. They need to be able to resume their daily routines, as well as have someone who they know and trust to take care and guide them. Finally, one really important factor is that they need to be accepted by society. Without this they will begin to feel anxious and ostracized which would lead back into depression.
