Describe the spread of judaism, christianty, and islam?

Judaism stayed relatively unfollowed in most of the world besides Jerusalem. Christianity was picked up by most major European nations, in many different forms including Protestantism, Catholicism, Calvinism, and many others. Islam spread throughout most of the Middle East.
