Features of the crime includes elements of the crime plus 4 additional general features:
1) Actus Reus (the guilty act, voluntary that caused negative situations for others)
2) Mens Rea (the guilty mind, the psychological condition when doing the crime)
3) Concurrence (that the actions/crimes are being done intentionally
4) Causation (the reason behind the actions. crimes)
5) Harm (that other person must be negatively affected by the actions/crimes)
6) Legality (that the actions must be banned by the law in some way)
7) Punishment (Repercussions for a crime must be specified)
8) Attendant Circumstances (several proofs that could be sued to conclude the crimes)
