    A running record.

    Explanation:

A running record is a way to determine a child's reading fluency.

Although its execution can vary from one teacher to another, the common way to perform it, is giving the child a piece of text, i. e, a few paragraphs from a book, the teacher will have his copy of the text, and as the child reads he will mark all words that are pronounced correctly, all mispronounced words, and each time the child corrects himself.

Then, the teacher will calculate the percentage of correctly pronounced words, and could advice the child to improve in the marked words.
